Tatted Wreath Christmas Ornament

This is a wreath ornament that I made with tatting or tatted lace.  Tatting is a "lost art" that I learned from my Granny.  It is time consuming and the finished result may appear delicate, but they are actually quite durable.  

This ornament is approximately 1.5 inches across.  After being tatted with green thread, I add a bow made from red organza ribbon.  

These ornaments would be a wonderful, unique addition to your holiday decor.  They also make a great gift (I've popped many into Christmas cards over the years).
